Minimal. Staff offers a single “Buy One More” add-on item at checkout and uses a simple tally/set-aside process during the campaign. We design the materials and keep the workflow lightweight.

We provide the campaign materials (POS signage, stickers/labels, packaging ideas, social assets) and a simple tracking method. You provide the add-on item and a consistent set-aside/tracking process. You keep the profit margin less an administrative fee that allows Students to run these campaign break-even.
-
Items are counted throughout the campaign and delivered in one consolidated drop-off at a scheduled time (pickup by the community partner when possible). That keeps daily logistics simple.

-
We align on storage/handling expectations before launch and keep logistics simple (set-aside, counting, one scheduled delivery). After the campaign, we share a brief recap of what was delivered.
